LENSOLOGY LIVESTREAM AND ONLINE EVENTS

The Music of John Williams performed by The South Florida Pride Concert Band returns to the Amaturo stage in a celebration of Star Wars Day (May the 4th) and the music of prolific composer, John Williams. In addition to several selections from Star Wars, the Pride Concert Band will perform music from E.T. The Extra Terrestrial, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Superman, and many more. Video footage will accompany much of the music and as always, there will be some fun surprises.
Audience members are encouraged to dress as their favorite Star Wars character or other characters (even if you are watching online!) from one of John Williams’ many film scores.
This concert will be hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race All Star, Pandora Boxx (pandoraboxx.com) and will feature the winner of our 2nd Annual Floatarama Soloist Competition winner, Amanda Stewart, clarinet player from NSU University School. Conductor and Artistic Director is Dan Bassett, and Violin Soloist is Huifang Chen.
